Mr. Kaspers has extensive experience in traditional labor law matters as well as almost 30 years of experience defending employers in both class and non-class employment-related litigation. A sample of his clients includes Delta Air Lines, Disney World, United Parcel Service of America (UPS), Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Trump Plaza, and Harrah's Hotels and Casinos.
Handling cases all over the country, Mr. Kaspers has represented employers before the Supreme Court of the United States, several dozen federal district courts and the majority of federal appellate courts. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Michigan and is a member of the American, Georgia and Michigan Bar Associations. Prior to forming Kaspers & Associates Law Offices LLC, Mr. Kaspers served as a Senior Of Counsel at Paul, Hastings Janofsky and Walker LLP in Atlanta and before that as a Partner at Fisher & Phillips LLP, also in Atlanta.
